Refund and Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION

We, at BluBein, understand that sometimes circumstances change. If you wish to cancel an order, kindly do so before the order is shipped. You can initiate the cancellation process by emailing us at support@blubein.com. Once confirmed, we will proceed to cancel the order and initiate the refund procedure.

We are committed to efficiency. After you cancel the order and we confirm, we will process your refund within 7 business days. We value promptness and transparency in this process.

RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we have a straightforward return policy for your convenience. You have a 7-day window from the delivery date to initiate returns under the following circumstances:

• The items you received are damaged, leaking, tampered with, or broken.
• You received a product different from what you ordered.
• The product you received has exceeded its expiration date.
• Your order arrived with missing items or is incomplete.

Returns Not Accepted If

While we aim to accommodate your needs, there are instances where returns cannot be accepted:

• The items have been opened, used, or altered in any way.
• The original packaging, including labels and boxes, is missing.
• The return request is made more than 10 days after delivery.
• Damage or discrepancies are reported more than 10 days after the product was delivered.
• The reason for return is not due to a manufacturing defect.

Return Process

Initiating a return is easy. If your product meets the return criteria, simply email us at support@blubein.com within 10 days of receiving the product. Include the following details:

• Your Order ID
• Your Name
• The Items You Are Returning
• Reason for Return
• Attach Images as Proof

Once we receive your email, our team will review it within 24 working hours. If your product is eligible, we’ll arrange for a replacement.

Return Pick-up:

Returning items is hassle-free. Upon your return request, we will arrange for a reverse pick-up within 1 to 2 days. Our representative will collect the items from your specified address.

In case reverse pick-up is unavailable in your area, you can still return the product by self-shipping through a reliable courier partner. We will reimburse the courier charges.

REFUND POLICY:

Refunds Not Issued If:

There are instances where refunds cannot be issued:

• The returned product shows signs of damage or tampering.
• The shipping address provided during order placement is incorrect.
• Part of the product has been consumed before the return.
• The Return Policy has not been adhered to.

Refunds May Be Issued If:

We strive for fairness and customer satisfaction. Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

• The product you ordered is out of stock.
• Your shipping address is not serviceable by our delivery partners.
• You comply with the outlined Return Policy.
• The returned product is in good condition and unaltered.
• Double charges occurred for a single order from the same email address.

Refund Timelines:

• For Online Payments: If you used a debit/credit card, bank transfer, or digital wallet to pay for your order, we’ll begin processing your refund within 7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few days for the refund to appear in your account.
• For Cash On Delivery (COD) Orders: If you opted for COD within 14 business days of receiving your return request and the returned product, we’ll ensure that the refund amount is transferred to the bank account you provided during the return process. Late or Missing Refunds:

Shipping Fees:
